Notes:: unsure if the first crack ran into the second. Will minus some time next roast.
Initial cup 15/1:: good flavor, no bitterness. Grind 7, not much crema. Will decrease grind next shot.
Drunk 24 hrs:: changed grind 5, crema about .5cm! Taste medium body. No real taste complexity.
