What I needed to do was to choose between the Dream team or the Super Coach. What suprised me is that they are almost the same!
For example under the section 'Team editing and trades', 'Captin and Vice-Captin'
The Super coach writes::
Your captain scores double points. You can also select a vice captain - your vice captain will score double points ONLY if your captain is a late withdrawal or doesn't play for any reason (eg. gets a score of 0). You can change your captain and vice captain as much and as often as you like prior to the start of each round.In the Dream team::

Ahhh its the same! So I've gone with the Dream Team as there is more money for prizes.
